The main point of my submissions on the Policy Address and Budget are as follow:
Insurance:
1.Promote the mutual recognition of compliance mechanism between Hong Kong and China
2.Strengthen the life insurance business
3.Expedite the implement the Health Protection Scheme (HPS)
On Social, Livelihood and Economy
1.Set up a funding to provide special leave for the labor sector
2. Prepare to take short-term measures to alleviate people’s hardship when drafting the Budget.
3.Allocate resources to focus on the development of applied technology.
