Nuclear Safety

Environmental issues affect not only citizens of Hong Kong, but also its role as an international financial centre. I have repeatedly voiced against increasing imported nuclear energy in support of renewable energy, such as avert potential nuclear crisis, air pollution and public health, nuclear waste disposal, and risks in nuclear plant construction.

Budget 2012-13

Financial Secretary John C. Tsang has released the final Budget for his term. During the Budget consultation, I proposed to the FS a series of issues which the industry and public are most concerned with. I shall follow up on each of the policy area in the Budget at the Legislative Council.
